The
CFE2040 extends the range of the CER2018 and
CER2018M1 receivers to 40 GHz, with high accuracy
maintained by an integrated, wideband, real-time
calibration and stabilization subsystem.
The CFE2040 allows location of the 18–40
GHz input connector up to 50 feet (15m) from
the main receiver, relieving the user from the
inaccuracies, cost, and clumsiness associated
with receiver-based source connection. The CFE2040
can operate within a shielded room with the receiver
in the main laboratory.
The CFE2040 is easily connected to the receiver
and requires no special setup or installation.
